B&B will deliver the cooler and ice down the product that will fit in the cooler. B&B will NOT restock your cooler for the remainder of that day.

Cooler rentals are for the duration of the event, regardless of the number of days.

Sponsor Row Drink Tickets

Be the ultimate host and pre-purchase Drink Tickets for your Guests

Sponsor Row Drink Tickets - $12 Each

Sponsor Row Drink Tickets are $12 each and can ONLY be used at the Sponsor Row Bars. Pre-purchase tickets for your guests. Tickets can only be purchased by tent hosts and not by guests of the tent. Tickets will not be sold on site, so please purchase accordingly.

Private Bar Packages

Private Bar Packages are priced for the entire festival and include everything needed for your private bar. Choose between a Cash Bar or a Consumption Bar.

Packages include bartender(s) for 6 hours (Additional hours will be billed at $50/hour).

Wine: White Wine, Red Wine.
Spirits: Vodka, Whiskey, Tequila
Mixers: Cranberry Juice, Orange Juice, Soda, Tonic, Lemonade, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, & Starry.
This does NOT include the price of the product.

Consumption Bars tabulate the drinks your guests consume and you will be charged for those drinks at the end of each night plus tax & gratuity.

Cash Bars charge each individual for each beverage they consume.

Consumption Tab Limit*

You are billed for the products consumed throughout the event. You have the choice of an unlimited tab or you can set a limit. Once the limit has been reached, staff will check with you to see if you want to raise the tab limit. Consumption Tabs are paid on site at the end of the event. Your card will be kept on file to confirm payment.
