Vendor Orders

In accordance with State Law, outside alcohol will not be permitted on the property of the event grounds. All alcohol must be provided by B&B Beverage Management. The State ABC Board will be on site helping enforce state alcohol laws. Any outside alcohol brought in, will be taken and disposed of properly. If multiple occurrences persist, the vendor may be asked to leave.

I understand and will comply with the event policies dictating that Pepsi is the sole provider of non-alcoholic beverages at the event and all non-alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the festival beverage provider, B&B Beverage Management. I agree to not purchase Pepsi products from anywhere else to resell at this event.
