Similar to Cash Bars, Consumption Bars are only legally permitted in certain situations. Your Account Manager will inform you if your event is eligible for a Consumption Bar, if requested.

Cash bars require an ABC Liquor License. B&B holds several liquor licenses throughout the country, but If you would like a cash bar for your event where we do not hold a liquor license, a special event liquor license will be required. Special event liquor licenses can range in price from $500-$1,500.

Any alcohol provided for a silent auction at a venue that has a liquor license is required to go through the legal alcohol donation process. Our staff can send you documentation on how to properly receive donated alcohol. Additionally, any alcoholic item won by a guest must not open that item while on the licensed property. All donated items at a licensed location will have an associated corking fee. All product will need to be coordinated for delivery directly from the distributor to the licensed premise. Alcohol may not be delivered to the client and then brought to the licensed venue.
