Event Manager Debrief

The Event Manager Debrief is the single best form of communication to let the company know how the event went. You'll be asked questions on labor times, transportation methods, a staff report, equipment, POS, money, compliance issues, and an overall detailed summary of the event.

Please fill this out to the best of your ability and as detailed as possible. We can't fix a problem from an event unless we are told, and this is the best way to communicate that.

Don't forget to upload your pictures from the event to the Dropbox Request Link that will appear on the form submission confirmation after you submit this form.
