B&B has opened a full-time position for a Staffing Manager in the company's Special Projects Department. The Staffing Manager's objective is to input weekly event staffing, and any changes to those details, into the company's staffing platforms. The Staffing Manager will also be on standby for potential staffing changes and make adjustments when and where necessary. Additionally the Staffing Manager will assist other employees in the Special Projects Department in improving its systems as needed.  

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. 
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise. 
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail. 
  • Proficient in technology and possesses the ability to frequently adapt to new systems 

Responsibilities: 

  • Inputting weekly event staffing into the company's staffing platforms 
  • Oversee the staffing operations 
  • Being detail oriented in communication with staff 
  • Assist with staffing events and promotions 
  • Assist department with improving systems and policies 
  • Be available for last minute of after-hours changes to staffing 

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: Starting at $31,200.00+ per year, based on experience, plus potential gratuities from events.

Staff Success Manager 

B&B has opened a position for a full time Staff Success Manager in our Special Projects Department. The Staff Success Manager's objective is to build a positive work experience for Part-time employees and Contractors through direct, constant, and frequent communication through the company's staffing systems. They will be responsible for all communication between the Company, Part-time employees, and Contractors. Additionally they will assist the Staffing Coordinator with staffing events and promotions, and assisting the department in improving its systems.  

Requirements: 

  • College education completed. 
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences. 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. 
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise. 
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail. 
  • Proven ability to perform HR duties such as improving HR systems and employee discipline 
  • Proficient in technology and possesses the ability to frequently adapt to new systems 

Responsibilities: 

  • Being detail oriented in their communication with staff 
  • Guiding employees through their first events and throughout their time with the company 
  • Keep staff accountable through policies and communication 
  • Keep staffing platform up to date 
  • Assist with staffing events and promotions 
  • Assist HR with improving systems and policies

B&B has opened a position for a full time Information Technology Manager/ Developer. From working with the company website, training platforms, cloud services, computer/iPad management, e-commerce platforms, and standard HTML, Liquid, CSS, and PHP coding.

Requirements:

  • Full-Time Position in Auburn, Alabama (office & remote work).
  • Plan, Initiate, & Manage IT and e-Commerce Projects.
  • Experience in website management of WordPress, Shopify, and other websites.
  • Familiarity in Asana, Stripe, and OneDrive.
  • Develop & update project plans for IT projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, and information specifications.
  • Skills in HTML, PHP, CSS, Liquid, and Mac OS are preferred.
  • Requires minimum of High School or Bachelors in CS, CIS, Computer Applications, IT-related Engineering, Administration/Management/Leadership a related field, experience in the position is preferred but not required.
