Account Manager I

B&B has opened a position for a full time Account Manager at its HQ Office located in Auburn, AL. This position is in our Sales and Operations Department. The Account Manager will be responsible for monitoring accounts, impeccable customer service, providing a detailed account of their events, and achieving the needs of our clients, while building relationships and increasing revenue. 

Requirements: 

  • College education completed preferred.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the account process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong networking skills.

Responsibilities: 

  • Monitoring events in the planning, staffing, payment, and operations phases.
  • Providing impeccable customer service to clients.
  • Being detail oriented in their communication efforts with clients and staff.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships through partnership and adapting to their needs.
  • Making themselves available during and outside of working hours to guarantee event success.
  • Working events.
  • Increasing revenue through sales and product offerings.

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: $31,200.00+ per year, based on experience, plus potential gratuities from events worked.

Operations Manager

B&B has opened a position for a full time Operations Manager at its HQ Office located in Auburn, AL. This position is in our Sales and Operations Department. The Operations Manager will be responsible for preparing events, purchasing, picking, delivering, and working events. A clean driving record is required along with the ability to frequently lift 50lbs. 

Requirements: 

·         Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. 

·         Clean driving record. 

·         Ability to frequently lift 50lbs. 

·         Strong business sense and industry expertise. 

·         Excellent communication and attention to detail. 

·         Excellent customer service skills. 

·         Open availability with schedule. 

Responsibilities:

·         Preparing events, purchasing product, picking items for events, loading events on trucks, delivering and retrieving events, and working events. 

·         Providing impeccable customer service to clients and guests. 

·         Being detail oriented and providing attention to detail in their communication efforts with clients and staff. 

·         Making themselves available during and outside of working hours to guarantee event success. 

·         Working events. 

 

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: $40,000.00+ per year, based on experience, plus potential gratuities from events.

B&B has opened a full-time position for a Fabricator & Wood Worker. The Fabricator's objective is to design and fabricate new rental equipment for the company along with repairing any equipment that has been used at events. Additionally the Fabricator will build equipment that the company plans on selling to others in the industry.  

Requirements: 

  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences. 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. 
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise. 
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail. 
  • Proficient in technology and possesses the ability to frequently adapt to new systems.
  • Properly certified and able to proficiently use the equipment that is needed to safely complete the job. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Design and fabricate new rental equipment for the company.
  • Repairing any equipment that has been used at events.
  • Additionally the Fabricator will build equipment that the company plans on selling to others in the industry.  
  • Upgrade and Fabricate company trailers for different uses.

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: Starting at $31,200.00+ per year, based on experience, plus potential gratuities from events.
