B&B has opened a position for a full time Sales Manager. Two years minimum experience required. This position is in our Business Development & Marketing Department. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets, while building relationships and growing partnerships.
- Two yrs sales experience.
- College education completed.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Strong networking skills.
- Gain understanding of the B&B Beverage Management's Boxtail program and beverage services.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships through partnership and adapting to their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports alongside realistic forecasting to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
