Full-Time Bar Manager Application

B&B Beverage Management is looking to hire full-time Event Managers to effectively and efficiently manage our event beverage operations. Full-Time Event Managers work pre- and post-event operations in the company's warehouses along with working the events themselves.  They will also be responsible for being the main contact for clients at the event they are managing. Event Managers will also work in the B&B Office and Warehouse to assist in preparation and conclusion of events. This includes pulling product and/or supplies, packing vehicles, unpacking vehicles, and organizing product and/or supplies once it has been removed from vehicles.  Must be available to work at least 30+ hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Be available to work events on at least Fridays and Saturdays.
  • Be available to work full-time throughout the week with a designated schedule for pre and post-event operations.
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Completion of Online Company Training (Company Facilitated)
  • eTIPS Certification Required Upon Hire (Company Facilitated)
  • Must have reliable means of communication to check messages and emails frequently

  • Ability to retain product information to relay to consumers
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Ability to lift 30lbs or more to move product and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage part-time bartenders while the bartend different types of events
  • Acting as point of contact for clients while managing events
  • Communicating with Account Managers and Operations when necessary
  • Completing necessary paperwork such as Event Debriefs, On-site payment forms, and invoices
  • Maintain a positive attitude while managing events
  • Assist Warehouse Manager with event preparations such as pulling product, pulling supplies, and packing vehicles
  • Assist Warehouse Manager with unpacking vehicles, putting away product and supplies, and taking inventory

Pay

  • $15 per hour + Opportunity for Tips & Gratuity.
  • Travel/Gas Compensation in Some Situations.
